Your use of this site you agree to be assured by conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions enclosed in this document .We would to suggest you to read carefully our terms and conditions before process to purchases because of this contract between you - “Customer” with us - “Suosdey Travel & Tours” and clearly what you have agreement with us.
1: Vacation Contract
All bookings are made between Suosdey (Cambodia) Travel.By booking a vacation with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and Suosdey Travel & Tours and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided to those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.
2. Acceptance of booking & Payment Policy
When your request is submitted through the booking form. Our instant reply email system will send through an email to let you know we have received your inquiry. Our reservation department will then check the availability and a confirmation email will be sent out within 24 hours. Upon receipt of your acceptance an invoice will be sent out to you for a deposit on your service. You may pay in full at this time or you may pay a deposit of 50% of total amount, the balance will be made upon arrival.
We will provide you with a secure payment system for this payment. Please check all the details for your booking are correct before paying your deposit. The following cards are accepted for payment: Credit, Visa and Master Card.

3. Travel Documents:
In order, to arrange your vacation smoothly, All the travellers must provide all details with the balance of the vacation price. Information in details include; full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your vacation arrangements. Your passport must be valid for six months beyond the duration of the vacation. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your vacation.
We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other travel documentation.
If you are in elder from 70- 75 years of age, we also require you to complete and forward a Self- Assessment form. Your booking cannot be confirmed without provision of these details.
4. Cancellation by the traveler
If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will be applied. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a vacation:
Suosdey Travel & Tours reserves the right to keep all charges without refund if the clients voluntarily drop the trip for any reasons. Refund will be discredited of Suosdey Travel & Tours.
All cancellation charged fee above are not included of credit card surcharge fee on the first transaction of your payment.
5. Cancellation by Suosdey Travel & Tours
We may cancel a vacation at any time up to 30 days before departure. We may cancel a vacation at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the scheduled itinerary. If we cancel your vacation, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for any incidental payments that you may have gained as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
6. Booking amendments
Suosdey Travel & Tours reserves the right to inform you that, if you wish to change or amend your booking or transfer your booking to a third party you must notify us at least 45 days prior to the proposed departure date.
7. Child Policy:
We Not refund nor exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but utilized by tour members. Suosdey Travel & Tours is not responsible for any loss, inquiry or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays or postponement, accidents, inclement weather, political restrictions or any other causes must be covered by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance covered .This include trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other coverage. Airline schedule, local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Suosdey Travel & Tours will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.
9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is Not included in your tour cost. It is the customer's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We strongly advise that you should purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
10. Complaints & Claims
Upon your arrival, you will be met by our local tour guide. If you have any queries or problems in your trip, you should contact to our travel consultant .
Please address your complaints directly to SuosdeyTravel & Tours office or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please do not wait until you return home. Failure to complain on the spot will result in the possibility to be extinguished or at least reduced of the claim compensation from Suosdey Travel & Tours. We will take an action as an immediately between the clients and other services suppliers.
